Job Title: Teaching Assistant 
Location: Cardiff 
Hours: Monday- Friday (8:30-15:30)

Supply Hive Wales is looking for passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across a variety of welcoming and inclusive primary schools throughout Cardiff.
Whether you’re an experienced TA or just beginning your journey in education, We offer flexible placements, from full-time to day-to-day, that work around your schedule and let you make a real difference in the classroom.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Confident supporting pupils, either in the classroom or with small groups
• Able to manage classroom behaviour calmly, respectfully, and positively
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Passionate about helping children thrive academically and emotionally
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers and staff to deliver engaging lessons
• Helping create a positive, tidy, and organised learning environment
• Adapting support throughout the day based on pupil needs
• Acting as a consistent and positive role model
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom
