Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Cardiff
Location: Cardiff (CF24)
Pay: £90–£95 per day

We’re looking for a committed LSA to support pupils with ALN in a welcoming and supportive Cardiff primary school. In this role, you will support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), helping them progress academically, socially, and emotionally.

You’ll be:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
• Helping teachers with classroom activities
• Encouraging communication, confidence, and engagement
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

You need:

• Experience working with children in a school setting or similar
• A strong understanding of ALN & safeguarding policies
• Ability to build positive and supportive relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
