💷 Pay: £90–£95 per day

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Cardiff. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), helping them reach their full potential academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual pupils or small groups according to their needs
• Encourage active participation, communication, and engagement in learning
• Assist teachers in preparing classroom resources and activities
• Help maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• A good understanding of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and strategies to support pupils with a range of abilities
• Ability to develop positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
