Nursery Assistant – Join Our Team!
We are lookign for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will play an important role in creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment for young children. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting each child's wellbeing and development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the day.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support daily nursery routines to maintain a calm, organised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with basic childcare tasks such as feeding, changing, and comforting children as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the nursery.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour.
• Adaptable to different routines and able to work with various age groups.

Requirements:

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
