Supply Teacher

Supply Primary Teacher – Cardiff

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to provide high-quality supply cover across primary schools in Cardiff. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, new environments and making a positive impact wherever they go.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 using plans provided by the school
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
• Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour expectations
• Provide effective feedback to the class teacher or school staff where required
• Build strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to different school settings
• A positive, proactive and professional attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
