Cobi joins Supply Hive Wales as Business Manager, bringing four years of experience within the education recruitment sector. With a strong understanding of what schools need from agency support, Cobi is passionate about building honest, reliable relationships with both clients and educators.
Cobi shares the same values that Supply Hive Wales was built on - transparency, quality and a genuine commitment to doing things properly. His role focuses on supporting Secondary and SEN schools across South Wales with high-quality Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors, while also helping educators find roles where they can make a real impact.
Outside of recruitment, Cobi is heavily involved in sport and his local community, coaching both rugby and football. This background has helped shape his people-focused approach, strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
Cobi is excited to play a key part in the continued growth of Supply Hive Wales and to help more schools access the right support when they need it most.
