🌟 Nursery Assistant – Full Time 🌟
📍 Location: Cardiff – CF24
🕐 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term time only)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to support the daily running of a nursery setting in Cardiff. You’ll help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. Working closely with other staff, you’ll assist in delivering creative activities and providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children during play, mealtimes and ensuring their safety and well being at all times
• Join in with activities like reading, singing, arts and crafts to support children’s learning and development
• Set up and tidy away toys, learning materials, and play areas
• Work collaboratively with other staff as part of a supportive team
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Previous experience in a childcare setting (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and use initiative when needed
• A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
