Teaching Assistant

Supply Hive Wales is looking for reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils and teachers in primary classrooms. This role involves working across the classroom, supporting both individual learners and small groups, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

We work closely with a wide network of schools, offering regular classroom-based opportunities for both experienced Teaching Assistants and those seeking hands-on experience across all primary school age ranges.

🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils across the class with their learning and engagement.
• Helping set up and run classroom activities and resources.
• Working closely with the class teacher and school staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Providing extra help to pupils who need it, including those with additional learning needs.

✅ What You'll Need:

• A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
